Hunan Electric Power Logistics Company, Ltd. (HELC) engages in road and railway transporting for over-sized goods, warehouse storing and consulting service on transport technology. It obtain the following credit certificates: four kinds and dangerous goods transport permits by Transport Ministry; over-sized equipment transport credential of EPC contract class A issued by State Power Company and also the same credential by the state Machinery Ministry.

Also it imported Germany KRUPP mobile crane type 5160 and Japan Hitachi KH1000 crawler crane with lifting capacity 200 t
